Witches and Warlocks
For the most part witches and warlocks are mortals, with long lives, and born with there magical abilities. They do not need potions or herbs to cast their spells. Most just need to know the spell, and have what ever power it requires which will limit beginners and elders. If you want to harm one use water, it won't kill them but it will slow them down enough for you to possibly kill them with a gun or knife like you would a human.
